GuideSTREET and Your Store

Getting visible on STREET

Updated 25 Jun 2026

In short: A few things need to be true before your shop and products show up and can be bought on STREET. Most are on the Shopify side, and if you already sell online you likely have them set.

What makes you visible

For customers to find and buy from you on STREET:

  • Your products are chosen for STREET and published to your online store in Shopify (see Choosing Your Products).
  • Your stock is tracked in Shopify, so STREET can see what is available.
  • Your location is published on STREET and switched on.
  • Your shop is open according to the hours you set.

The Shopify side

STREET uses your Shopify checkout, so two Shopify settings matter:

  • Shopify Payments is your payment method. STREET runs customers through Shopify's own checkout, so they pay through it the same as on your website.
  • Your checkout is the standard Shopify one, not redirected to an outside payment page.

If you already take orders through your Shopify online store, these are almost certainly set already.

Switching your shop on and off

You can pause your STREET shop whenever you need to, for example when you are short-staffed or near closing. While paused, customers do not see you on STREET and no new orders come in. Switch back on when you are ready. This is yours to control from the Partner app.

Watch out the most common reason for "nothing is showing on STREET" is a product that is chosen for STREET but not published to your online store in Shopify. If it is hidden from your web store, STREET cannot see it either. Check there first.
