Welcome to STREET
In short: STREET brings nearby customers to your store and delivers their order the same day, often within an hour or two of ordering, depending on the courier. You pack it, a rider collects it, the customer has it within hours.
How it works
A customer browsing STREET discovers your products and orders. The order lands with you. You accept it, pack it as you normally would, and mark it ready. A STREET rider collects from your store and takes it to the customer the same day.
Nothing here replaces how you already work. You keep using Shopify, and STREET sits alongside it. What STREET adds is reach, customers nearby who might not have found you, and speed, same-day rather than next-day.
The flow, start to finish:
Customer discovers you on STREET → order arrives in your STREET Partner app → you accept and pack → rider collects → delivered the same day
Getting going
- Finish setting up your store (a few minutes, see Finishing Your Setup).
- Choose which of your products appear on STREET (see Choosing Your Products).
- Take orders as they come in (see Receiving Orders).
