How billing works

In short: STREET charges a commission on STREET sales and recovers the rider's delivery cost, both through Shopify's own billing. There is no separate STREET invoice to manage.

What you are charged for

• Commission on the orders STREET brings you, at the rate agreed with you.
• Delivery cost for the rider on each STREET order. This is the same delivery fee covered in Returns and Refunds: it shows in your takings but it is really the cost of getting the order delivered, which STREET recovers here.

How you are charged

The charges come through Shopify's billing, alongside your normal Shopify costs. The customer pays you through your own Shopify checkout as usual. STREET's share is collected separately through Shopify billing, not taken out of the customer's payment.

Worth knowing: because it all runs through Shopify billing, there is nothing extra to set up and no invoice to chase. Your commission rate and the delivery fee are the ones agreed at setup.
