In short: Plain definitions of the words you will see around STREET.

  • STREET Partner app: the app where you accept orders, pack them, mark them ready, and manage your hours and locations.
  • Setup: the one-time form you complete after installing the app.
  • Acceptance window: the short time you have to accept a new order. Miss it and the order is marked missed and cancelled (see Accepting Orders).
  • Operating hours: the hours you have told STREET you can pack and hand over orders.
  • Location: one of your shops that STREET can collect orders from. Each is its own storefront to customers (see Your Locations).
  • Choosing your products: picking which of your Shopify products appear on STREET, done in your Shopify admin (see Choosing Your Products).
  • Rider: the courier who collects an order from you and delivers it to the customer.
  • Delivery fee: the cost of the rider for an order. It is not your earnings (see How Billing Works).
  • Commission: STREET's agreed share of a STREET sale.
  • Cap: the monthly ceiling Shopify puts on billing, with a heads-up as you near it (see Caps and Alerts).

Worth knowing: if a word in the app or this guide is not clear, Get Help can point you the right way.
