Going-live checklist

In short: Tick these off and you are ready to take your first STREET order.

Before your first order

• STREET app installed on your Shopify store (see Installing the App).
• Store setup finished in the portal: store details, password set, operating hours (see Finishing Your Setup).
• Products chosen for STREET in your Shopify admin (see Choosing Your Products).
• Stock levels accurate in Shopify.
• Operating hours match when you can actually pack and hand over orders.
• The STREET Partner app is set up on a counter tablet, plugged in and logged in, with notifications on (see Setting Up Your Counter Tablet).
• Your locations are set up if you run more than one shop (see Your Locations).

Worth doing early

• Read Accepting Orders so the acceptance window is no surprise.
• Skim Returns and Refunds so your first return is calm, not a panic.
• Save the support contact from Get Help.

Watch out choosing your products happens in your Shopify admin, not in the setup portal. If you finished setup but see nothing live, this is almost always the missing step.
