Receiving orders

In short: New STREET orders arrive in the STREET Partner app. That is where you accept them and work them through to collection.

Where orders show up

• The STREET Partner app is your home for live orders, and you get a notification when one comes in.
• The order also appears in your Shopify admin, the same as any order would.
• You work the order from the Partner app, where the accept, pack and ready steps live.

The shape of an order

A new order shows what the customer bought, so you can see at a glance what to pick. From there it is accept, pack, mark ready, and a rider collects (see Accepting Orders and Packing and Collection).

Worth knowing: the app does its best alerting on an always-on tablet by the till, with notifications on (see Setting Up Your Counter Tablet). A new order is waiting on you to accept it.
