Order status flow

Updated 11 Jul 2026

In short: The stages a STREET order moves through, from a customer placing it to it arriving. You drive the early stages, and STREET and the rider drive the rest.

The usual path

  1. New: a customer has placed the order. It is waiting for you to accept, within a short window.
  2. Accepted: you have taken the order and it is yours to pack.
  3. In packing: you are getting the items ready.
  4. Ready for delivery: packed and waiting for a rider to collect.
  5. Out for delivery: the rider has collected and is on the way to the customer.
  6. Delivered: the customer has the order.

Other outcomes

  • Missed: the order was not accepted in time, so it was cancelled. The customer is not charged (see Accepting Orders).
  • Declined: you turned the order down, for example because an item had sold out. The customer is not charged.
  • Cancelled: the order was stopped, by you, the customer, or STREET.

You drive the order up to Ready for delivery. After that the rider and STREET carry it to the customer, and you can follow along (see Tracking Deliveries).

Worth knowing: the wording in the Partner app may read slightly differently here and there, but the order of things is the same. The two to watch are the early stages, where the order is waiting on you.
