In short: Pack the order as you normally would, mark it ready in the Partner app, and a STREET rider collects it from your store.

How it works on STREET

Packing is the part you already know. The only real difference on STREET is the handover. Instead of a scheduled courier pickup, a rider is sent to collect once you mark the order ready, so it can reach the customer the same day.

  1. Pack the items.
  2. Mark the order ready for collection in the Partner app.
  3. A rider is dispatched to your store.
  4. Hand the order to the rider.

Worth knowing: marking an order ready is what calls the rider, so it helps to do it once the order is genuinely packed and by the counter. That keeps the same-day timing tight.
